Kilimanjaro Balloon Safaris commenced operations in 2006 and have been flying regularly ever since.
We started with one 4 passenger balloon and have now acquired an additional 12 pax due to demand for flights. We have two open 4x4 Landrovers to pick and drop clients as well as to chase the balloons on its travails. We employ local ground staff thereby providing employment opportunities for the local Maasai community.
Kilimanjaro Balloon Safaris is fully licensed with the Civil Aviation Authority and is thereby controlled by the same scrutiny as any airline. Our pilots are licensed commercial balloon pilots and are experienced and knowledgeable about the area and willing to share their knowledge with you. |
